RULES AND REGULATIONS – HOTEL ALEXANDRION EXPERIENCE

Dear guests,

 

The objective of this document is to establish the conditions of stay of tourists at the Alexandrion Experience Hotel, by developing rules of conduct that support our clients.

As hosts, our desire is to offer you very good conditions in terms of cleanliness, safety and comfort.

These rules have been established based on industry standards, our internal procedures and experience in the hotel industry.

The rules will be considered accepted by our guests upon booking and/or signing the registration form at check-in.

The house rules are subject to change. They are displayed at the hotel reception and will be updated on the alexandrionexperience.ro website.

 

To be able to fulfill our objectives regarding your safety and comfort, so that you will return to us with pleasure every time, please respect the following internal rules of order:

-Tourist / Client is any person who benefits from any service provided by the Alexandrion Experience Hotel (accommodation, meals, access to the pool, spa, Club, etc.).

-Accommodation is made at the hotel reception, presenting the identity document for the electronic registration intended for guests, completing all documents, according to the law, in order to issue the access card for the reserved room. All clients must complete and sign the accommodation forms.

-Payment for accommodation services is made at the latest at the reception, upon arrival. From the moment of receiving the access card from the reception until it is issued, the tourist is responsible for the reserved room.

-People visiting tourists staying at the hotel must be announced at the reception. Visitors must leave the hotel no later than 23:00. Hotel rooms are NOT accommodated by a number of tourists greater than the number of places for the respective room.

-Any accident resulting from improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with these regulations is the responsibility of the tourist. He/she bears financial responsibility for damage and/or destruction of equipment, furniture, and technical devices belonging to the hotel, due to his/her fault or that of his/her visitors.

-Accommodation of minors up to 14 years of age is allowed only if they are accompanied by their parents or legal representatives, except for those on hikes, camps, excursions, competitions or other similar activities, accompanied by teachers, coaches and guides from the organizers of the respective activities. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 can only be accommodated with the consent/agreement of their legal guardian, which will be presented at the hotel reception.

-Any accident resulting from improper supervision of children in the room or in public areas of the hotel is the responsibility of the attendant(s).

-The hotel is exempt from any liability in the event of an incident involving vehicles in the hotel parking lot due to the fault of the guests.

-The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide any hotel services to tourists who disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. Guests who cause disturbance or damage the hotel property may be evicted from the hotel before the end of the scheduled stay.

-The hotel policy is not to accept guests traveling with pets.

-Tourists staying at the Alexandrion Experience Hotel are informed at the time of signing the accommodation registration form about the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the General Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

The hotel prohibits:

-Accommodation of drunk tourists, of those who have inappropriate behavior or indecent / offensive language towards both hotel employees and other guests.

-Smoking and vaping (electronic cigarette) in the rooms and in all hotel spaces, according to Law No. 349/2002 on the prevention and combating the effects of tobacco consumption (updated), with the exception of spaces specially designed for this purpose. Violation of this prohibition results in the refusal of the provision of hotel services, the cancellation of the contracted services and the payment of an amount of 500 lei as a cleaning fee.

-Bringing and/or using easily flammable materials or large electrical consumers (e.g.: stoves, radiators, kettles, etc.) into the hotel.

-Bringing/consuming food from public catering areas into the room, without room service.

-Consuming food at the pool; drinks will be served from special plastic containers (not glass).

-Bringing/consuming food from outside the hotel into the room.

-Storing objects and/or food on the outside windowsill.

-Using audio systems at high volume in the hotel.

-Using the room’s inventory for purposes other than those for which it was intended. Tourists will not use towels to wipe dyed hair, remove makeup, clean shoes, suitcases, floors, etc. Towels are only for body use.

-Use and/or storage of weapons, edged weapons or substances prohibited by law in the hotel.

-Consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances in the hotel; these are punishable according to the laws in force.

-Access to the annexed spaces intended for hotel staff (kitchen, warehouses, offices, etc.).

-Leaving luggage or other objects unattended in the hallway or lobby.

 

Our guests have the following obligations:

-Not to take upon departure any object from the hotel’s equipment and/or that does not belong to them (towels, linen, decorative objects, etc.).

-Not to damage the objects in the hotel’s facilities; otherwise, they owe the hotel an amount equal to the value of the damaged object plus the related labor. Depending on the circumstances of the damage, the hotel may apply an additional fee / penalty, which may not exceed the value of the damaged object. The fee may, however, include the cost of locking the hotel rooms during the repair period or losses resulting from other services not performed.

-To use the rooms reserved by them and the common areas of the hotel and not to enter other rooms or areas with access prohibited for tourists.

-To not leave children unattended.

-To respect the maximum number of people allowed in the elevators and not to leave minor children alone in the elevator.

-To notify the reception as soon as possible of any malfunction of the equipment or installations in the hotel’s facilities.

-To respect and maintain peace in the hotel, to have appropriate conduct towards other hotel guests.

Failure to comply with these internal regulations entitles the hotel to request the assistance of the competent authorities, in order to establish peace and order in the hotel and to sanction by cancellation of the reservation and/or the imputation of any damages caused, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 61/1991, republished, for the sanctioning of acts of violation of certain norms of social coexistence, public order and peace.

At the same time, the hotel reserves the right to select its guests, being entitled, in the future, to refuse accommodation or any other services to people who have violated any of the conditions of these regulations during the previous stay.

The above rules are constantly modified and adapted to the legislation, to the recommendations of tourists, employees and collaborators, so as to offer maximum guarantee and safety to all people entering the hotel.
