3.1 Hotel New Montana Srl cannot be held liable in any way to any User who uses the Website or its Content, other than within the limits of the provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Access to the Website by the User does not give him any right to download or modify in part and / or in whole Content, to reproduce in part or in full the Content, to copy, or to exploit any Content in any other way to transfer to any third party any Content over which it has and / or has gained access, under an agreement of use, without the prior written consent of Hotel New Montana Srl.

4. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
4.1 These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Romanian law. Any disputes between Hotel New Montana Srl and Users will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts.
4.2 If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
Reservation Policy
For reservation guaranty, full payment is necessary. The credit card will be charged at the moment of the reservation.
Your reservation is guaranteed until arrival. In case of no-show payment is not refundable and the room will be no longer available after 02:00 AM.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in time starts at 15:00PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Payment Policy
Payment is required upon check-in. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your credit/debit card for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises unless they are registered service animals. Additional charges may apply for cleaning or damage caused by pets.
Damage Policy
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Any charges for damage will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
Lost and Found Policy
The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure that you secure your valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk.
Parking policy
Parking services are paid individually at the self-service payment machine in the parking lot. The parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking reservations are not possible.
Parking rate: 15 lei/hour (1-2 hours), 40 lei/24 hours (24 hours – parking without exit).
Safety and Security
Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay at the hotel. Please be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to hotel staff immediately.
