Pay for your stay with your holiday card!
The Alexandrion Experience Hotel accepts payment for hotel services through holiday cards, under the conditions stipulated by law.
We accept holiday cards from the following providers:
- PLUXEE ROMÂNIA S.R.L. (formerly SODEXO) – Turist Pass
- UP ROMANIA – Cheque Vacances
- EDENRED ROMANIA – Edenred Vacanța
Useful information:
The package of tourist services that can be purchased based on holiday cards necessarily includes accommodation services (minimum one night accommodation) and restaurant services (purchased together with the accommodation services).
Holiday cards are nominal and can only be used by their holder.
The following cannot be paid for with holiday cards:
- Minibar
- Parking
- Restaurant, bar services (without hotel accommodation services)
Mandatory conditions for paying with holiday cards:
- Holiday cards are not transferable (the holiday beneficiary must be the holder of the vouchers or holiday card)
- The card’s security features must be visible and in good condition
- The holiday card must be within its validity period
- Reservations paid with the holiday card cannot be cancelled or modified
- Reservations paid in full or in part with the holiday card are not refundable
- Reservations paid with the holiday card at the POS, at the hotel reception, cannot be cancelled and the money collected cannot be returned
- If the value of the booked hotel services is higher than the value of the holiday card, the difference in payment must be paid by any other payment method (cash, payment order, card, etc.)
- If the value of the hotel services consumed is lower than the value paid with the holiday card, the money cannot be returned to the holiday card. We recommend using additional services in the hotel up to at least the same value as the amount paid.
